SWE wants to increase the participation of graduate students at Texas A&M University. Therefore this program will recruit graduate students to participate in SWE by providing opportunities to be involved in activities like the graduate panel and a graduate social. The graduate panel is open for all the members to attend and learn more about graduate school and the opportunities it can to provide.
This past spring, the panel included graduate students pursuing masters in engineering PhD in Engineering and PhD in Chemistry. The wonderful variation allowed the undergraduate students to understand better the differences between undergraduate and graduate studies. Companies are welcome to participate in the graduate social and provide their insight about graduate school and its importance in the corporate world.
SWE also hosts a graduate student social where graduate and undergraduate members meet for an evening of fun. We invite you to take this opportunity to get to know SWE girls and also for them to learn more about you.
