If you have already joined SWE at swe.org:
     ~ Click on "Confirm Status" button to get access to resume upload page.

If you haven't joined SWE yet:
     ~ Click on "Join SWE Now" to join. After you become a member, click on "Confirm Status" to get access to resume upload page.
